Susan Reiter
Account Director
Susan joined Digital Pulp in May 1999. As the head of the Digital Pulp's account management group, Susan oversees client relationships and works with clients to find new and exciting ways to achieve their communication objectives. Susan leads the dialogue between the creative, web, media, and strategic planning teams within Digital Pulp. Susan offers a hybrid of online and offline experience, allowing her to deliver closed-loop campaigns that are always result oriented.
Prior to joining Digital Pulp, Susan was in the account management team at Lowe & Partners/SMS in traditional advertising where she managed brands such as Courtyard by Marriott, U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Tourism, Sony Electronics, Robitussin, and various UDV brands including Baileys, Malibu, and Smirnoff.
Susan has also offered her talents to help non-profits develop effective communications through the ACNY. Her most recent project included a print campaign for the Bailey House, an organization that provides housing to those suffering from HIV/AIDS.
