Banking Industry Group Launches New Website Developed by Digital Pulp

March 29, 2006

NACHA, the Electronic Payments Association, recently launched a new consolidated site combining the content from three separate sites. The site was developed by Digital Pulp, a New York-based Web development firm.

The website, www.electronicpayments.org is designed to educate individuals, business professionals, and employees of financial institutions about electronic payments processed through the ACH network, including Direct Deposit, Direct Payment, and check conversion applications. The information for individuals is focused on education, and includes a consumer demo and extensive Spanish-language material. Visitors from businesses and financial institutions are provided with training and marketing resources that help them promote ACH-based applications and educate employees and customers about their benefits. The backend of the site contains an administrative interface, which gives NACHA personnel at-a-glance overviews of resource downloads and user traffic, and allows them to generate more comprehensive reports.

"Working with Digital Pulp has been an extremely rewarding experience. Their strategic leadership in helping shape this site and the incredible attention to detail exhibited throughout the process has resulted in a great resource for our members and their customers," said Robin Reeder, Senior Director, National Marketing for NACHA. "Working with an association that represents the breadth of the banking industry and the challenge of addressing multiple audiences was a great opportunity to demonstrate the dual importance of information architecture and design," added Ron Fierman, President of Digital Pulp.
