PureVision by Bausch and Lomb Launches New Web Site by Digital Pulp

New York, NY - Bausch and Lomb launched its new web site for PureVision, developed by Digital Pulp, a New York-based Web development firm. The site, www.purevision.com, positions PureVision silicon hydrogel contact lenses as the most technologically advanced (soft) contact lens on the market.

The PureVision site allows the user discover and interact with a simulation of a PureVision contact lens. The user is encouraged to explore the technology behind the lens, showing the real world benefits as they relate to (See) optical quality, (Feel) health, and comfort. These benefits are demonstrated in several site features such as the Spherical Aberration interactive demo and multi-media (AerGel, Performa and 3D Lens) demos. The user is also encouraged to (Try) PureVision contact lenses through a customizable free trial certificate or a questionnaire to determine if "PureVision is Right for You."

The site launch corresponded with a new TV campaign that highlights the Life in Hi- Definition message for PureVision contact lenses. The new site is reflective of the sleek and technically advanced nature of the PureVision product and positions PureVision as a leader in the emerging silicon hydrogel lens category.
