Capstar Launches New Web Site

New York, NY - Capstar™, the leading provider of assessment, learning and measurement solutions to corporations, associations and government agencies launches a new web site designed and developed by Digital Pulp, a New York based web development and marketing company. Capstar is a subsidiary of ETS the world's largest private educational testing and measurement organization and a leader in educational research. Digital Pulp won the assignment in August following a review against an undisclosed group of web development companies. Digital Pulp also developed new marketing materials for Capstar including Capstar's new logo.
